Section 6 - Return and refund policy

6.1 Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware products, starting from the delivery date. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

6.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions apply: Textile parts must be in original condition without visible wear or damage. Fees for damage to textiles may apply, with deductions from the refund amount.

6.3 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@facemotioncapture.com with your order number. The order number is required to process your return.

6.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for any damages. If textiles parts are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Damage fees may apply if there is visible wear or damage.

Section 7 - Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event of changes or cancellations, we will attempt to notify you via email, billing address, or phone number provided. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
